Hello again guys. I'm going to take my test this month to referee in the professionals. Cant wait to get in there. Still been doing the amatuer cards around michigan.

I dont know if its known or not but one of my favorite fighters will be fighting for a title soon. Rico Hoye is scheduled to fight Clinton Woods in England. I've been talking with Bill Miller about it and he says that he will be flying in to England later in the training to work with Rico. I'm happy for Rico, he is a great guy. I wish him all the luck, although i dont know that he will need it to beat Woods. ......Rockin'

Thanks Hollister, spix jinx and the warrior spirit for you good wishes. And I must say that it is nice to be back, I love this place. I am very excited about doing this. After quiting fighting I found a BIG void in my life. I began reffereeing and judging in the amatuers and it was nice, but the pros are what really get my blood pumping.

As far as reffing like Steele did in the Chavez/Taylor throw down, I can only hope that my intuition will direct me to make the right call. I do not believe that Steele had made the wrong call in that fight. When Taylor was standing in the corner after amazingly getting up from that knockdown you could see that he was a beaten fighter. His eyes glazed over and the blood seeping from his face. I believe that Steele had spoken to him and that Taylor was unresponsive and incoherent. I know that Steele got alot of **** for that call, but I still believe that he made the right call. In those situations, especially that one, it could be a matter of life or death. We all know that boxing is not a game. Stop the fight and the fighter will live to fight another day or let it go on, and take your chances.

To Tha Greatest, I fought out of Detroit for many years. Having trained at many of the different gyms. I would like it if you would send me a private message and let me know who you are. We've probably already met.............Rockin'
