The secret to shadow boxing is using your minds eyes to see an opponent doing things to you. You roll, catch and slip what comes and you fire back. Cant teach you to box never having seen you.

its something that your mother may wear. It would take an extreme amount of time to teach you. Find a gym.

You move your head to the side to avoid a punch. Shadow boxing, imagine an opponent infront of you. Think of a realistic attack a boxer would make. Example: Imagine that this boxer has thrown a jab, weave right and slam a right hook to the body. You really need to visit a gym in order to recieve guidance from a trainer, if you don't its likely that you will develop bad habbits, incorrect technique and be crap in general. If you would like to do something to develop yourself as a fighter RIGHT NOW work on your stamina.
