You roll, catch and slip what comes and you fire back. Cant teach you to box never having seen you. Rockin' :boxing: boxer2b 05-15-2006, 01:23 AM what do u mean, and whats a slip Rockin' 05-15-2006, 01:25 AM its something that your mother may wear. It would take an extreme amount of time to teach you. Find a gym. Rockin' :boxing: boxer2b 05-15-2006, 01:28 AM no realy what do u mean by slip Heckler 05-15-2006, 06:49 AM You move your head to the side to avoid a punch. Shadow boxing, imagine an opponent infront of you. Think of a realistic attack a boxer would make. Example: Imagine that this boxer has thrown a jab, weave right and slam a right hook to the body. You really need to visit a gym in order to recieve guidance from a trainer, if you don't its likely that you will develop bad habbits, incorrect technique and be crap in general. If you would like to do something to develop yourself as a fighter RIGHT NOW work on your stamina. shane_mueller 05-15-2006, 05:06 PM http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=776551024052345871&q=shadowboxing check out this link, it helped me out. |
