I misread my ticket. Rather than sitting seven rows off the floor, I was on the floor, seven rows back.

Rows 1-6 were "ringside" - 500 bucks. Rows 7-12 were not - 250 bucks.

There haven't been fights at the Savvis Center, and I've never seen a Showtime event live, but there was all kinds of controversy as to the cameramen standing on the apron blocking the views of those sitting on the floor. One guy angrily demanded a refund and left to guest services on the second undercard.

As I was there early, six of us plead our case and moved perpindicular to our seats, against the wall in front of the box seats, and farther up, technically in "ringside" seats close to the press section.

Right behind us was a row of guys who came with Judah, and a group of Judah's people (including an old woman who must have been Mama Judah). By the time the main event happened, seats had been rearranged and added to accomodate for some moving around.

After the stoppage, the Judah folks went nuts, knocking down fans, including a woman and a guy holding a cane. It was insane.

...Yeah, both of those guys turn me off so I didn't really care who won. Spinks entrance was enough to make everyone in my house wanna see him get his ass kicked. I explained what an ******* Judah was to the non informed who weren't boxing fans, but they still hated Spinks more. I even showed them the Judah dance after Zoo smoked him. They felt sorry for him and wanted him to win anyway. :)

i'm with ya. i didn't even watch the fight. those 2 are nothing but thugs. i watched boxing on hdnet instead. it was pretty good. then i watched cartoons. that was really exciting.

yeah! judah is a punk.....no question about it.
i knew that there was a lot of supporters around him. he's an underdog at that fight...that dog is a punk that came from dim light downstreet...hungry for a win...to smack down his opponent!
