Floyd was great. It's a shame he wasn't able to make a great series out of his matches with Liston. Even so, I give him huge amounts of credit for agreeing to do a rematch with a man that he was so intimidated by. I hope that we see a lot of great Patterson reels on ESPN Classic soon.
By the way, hang on to that letter. It might actually be worth a pretty penny on the Antique Road Show someday. I'm not being sarcastic either.
