For a diet plan you wanna be eating 5-8 small meals a day for your weight you should be getting around 180 grams of protein and trying to take in a little amount of fat since your trying to cut weight. I'd stick to foods like Tuna and Chicken. Stay away from things like Mayo and Butter and fried foods.

I have to deal with the same problem, make sure you eat a good breakfast and just go old school and brownbag a sandwich or 2 and some other stuff and eat during a couple classes. I know my teachers never had a problem with eating in class as long is you weren't noisy.

I'm 21. I would pack a couple sandwiches using wheatbread and cold cuts, tuna or chicken salad, some fruit, granola...anything thats healthy that you can carry around. Also don't drink soda or anyting like that. Focus a lot on cardio if you want to loose weight, but you can still get a good workout from jumping rope, heavybag work etc.

so if u were to compile a weekly training and diet routine what would u suggest

for speed and coordination, you could do box jumps side to side quickly, maybe do 3 to 4 sets of 10(remember once you get back to starting position is one rep. For hand eye coordination, try throwing a tennis ball off a wall with each arm, simulting a punch, if u have a small medicine ball thats even better. for strength, a large medicine ball will do, 15 or more pounds, get a training buddy, and have him throw the medicine ball with force against your stomach, where you will catch it, the point is you want to stop it before it hits you. other than that regular gym work should do it.
