Pretty stupid question since they have huge weight difference, if they were both HW then it would different story but you cant compare a Welter vs. a HW

ALi's defence was not that great other than his reflexes and head movement. Floyd is much more skilled in that departement. But i honestly dont know.

Ali would win, and quite easily. Floyd would not be able to get on the inside... this is ridiculous because i think it would be near impossible for Ali to go 12 rounds without knocking floyd out.

This is a stupid ass thread. You can't just remove the possibility of a knockout. Ali KO1. If it went to points, Mayweather would lose 120-84, after getting knocked down several times each round.
