what....time isnt the same everywhere?...LOL... I remember...I remember and please forgive my spelling....Olongapo and Mc Si Si street...never made it off that street...I was in Olongapo in 1985, man what a great time....How is life there now? When the U.S. Navy pulled out of there, was it horrible on the economy? And no I havent forgotten the hospitality. Philippino people are a very kind and loving people. They are simple...they dont need much...they are survivors and I have a special place in my heart for them...

Set up a MySpace account and go find them. Chances are, they have a MySpace account with their actual name and not a pseudoname.

I went to as many as I could. What I remember of Mc Si Si street and I am probaby spelling it wrong...I was the street directly off the base and went for a few miles...one bar after another downstairs and upstairs, girls girls and girls...man it was like adult disneyland...I did get robbed there but I cant hold that against the entire country. I was a stupid young sailor who wasnt being careful. I still remember the smells and the sights, I do remember right outside the base we crossed a small bridge and the guys I was with had been there before and I asked what's the name of this river and they said "**** river" because it smelled sooooooo bad...but all in all I had a great time, with great people who loved me long time no ****...LOLOLOL...I'll never forget your homeland and I hope all is well there!!!!!....

That's fascinating. I've always wondered what you had to do to stop those cuts from bleeding... What an interesting profession. And ofcourse you have the background to do well in it. Good luck with that. Hagler is GREAT but Hearns is a freak.
