I'm currently at 180 but i want to get to 165. Im just worried about losing power. I want to be faster and slim but i dont want to lose my pop. Got any suggestions.

Got any suggestions. leff 02-04-2005, 04:57 AM Yeah hit the bag. boxer2k5 02-04-2005, 08:08 AM ask your coach about putting you on a diet im 195 and im trying to go to 178(for now) my coach is going to put me on a diet i was 225 in nov i know that im not as strong as i was before(i could bench 315 but now i can hardly do 225) i dont lift weights anymore you have to lose the weight gradually and still do you calistetics slow weight loss with proper eating is the only way your going to lose the weight and keep power but you are going to lose some power unles that 15 pounds your trying to drop is fat ophqui 02-04-2005, 11:17 AM stop doing weights and start doing plyometrics.
