ask your coach about putting you on a diet
im 195 and im trying to go to 178(for now)
my coach is going to put me on a diet
i was 225 in nov
i know that im not as strong as i was before(i could bench 315 but now i can hardly do 225)
i dont lift weights anymore
you have to lose the weight gradually and still do you calistetics
slow weight loss with proper eating is the only way your going to lose the weight and keep power
but you are going to lose some power unles that 15 pounds your trying to drop is fat

stop doing weights and start doing plyometrics. U lose the muscle mass, but u'll find there is very little difference in power
