Just bought a mexican style double-end bag ultimate classic.can someone give me info on how to adjust it so it would be head level? Tape? Rope? or should i buy my own bands that are adjustable since they come with two bands that do not stretch out far enough in the garage ceilings are kind of low thanks

the one at my gym is tied on top with...steel wire..

and the bottom one is bungee cord...the ones you use for suitcases, trucks, just bungee cord i guess...
