View Full Version : Julio Diaz Vacates IBF Title!
borikua 02-02-2005, 06:26 PM February 02, 2005 - Earlier today, Sycuan Ringside Promotions informed the IBF that Julio Diaz is voluntarily vacating his lightweight championship for the opportunity to challenge WBC lightweight champion Jose Luis Castillo on Showtime Championship Boxing on March 5. Diaz was originally scheduled to face Leavander Johnson on February 11, but the opportunity to face Castillo was too great for Diaz to turn down. Johnson will now fight for the vacant title. The IBF's leading available contender is Steffano Zoff, but **********.com also understands that Acelino Freitas-Leavander Johnson is a possibility as well!
dafrza3 02-02-2005, 06:40 PM Hmmm i guess the dude that said hes glad im not a manager and that diaz would still be recognized as ibf champ must feel like a idiot? How do you stay recognized as IBF champ when your stripped?

AKay
No, no. I don't feel like an idiot. Haven't in years, in fact. See, I wasn't saying that the IBF would recognize him. I was saying the fans would, since he never lost the title in the ring. I explained it in the other thread. The concept is not really that hard to figure, but I'm glad you quit before your head started hurting. Moron.
Furthermore, try a little proofreading. The "a" before idiot ought to be an "an", and you were making a statement, not asking a question, so a period would have been more appropriate than a question mark. You may want to spend less time being ignorant, and more time thinking next time you post. That's just my advice, though. Fool.
dafrza3 02-02-2005, 06:53 PM LMAOOOO

Yes. Yes, as a matter of fact, the more you type, the more I'm sure of it. You are truly stupid. Like pig ****. Well, that may be unfair. You may just have the intelligence of a fly who sits on the pig ****.
Mmmm...I don't recall looking stupid. Are you talking about the point at which I correct your punctuation and spelling? That was only for your own good, really. I mean, I think that judging by the contact I've had with you so far it'd be clear to most people that you're not the most intelligent poster here, but if you spelled even a little bit better it would make having you insult me just a little less irritating.
dafrza3 02-02-2005, 07:15 PM LMAO now your talking about spelling?
On the net?
Come on get over yourself.
Your posting a whole essay to justify your intelligence. If you feel your so much smarter prove it. Its simple really.
whdempsey 02-02-2005, 07:19 PM Look, if you want to have some sort of competition, I can't imagine anything less worthwhile. I was just ****-talking, that's all. Look, i'm bored with this. Let's do the grown up thing here. Cool?
dafrza3 02-02-2005, 07:26 PM lol whdempsey ok cool.
I was just arguing for the sake or arguing anyway.

DiegoFuego 02-02-2005, 10:10 PM But what will become of Corrales?
bonafuwa 02-03-2005, 02:11 AM Unification is almost impossible in this day and age. I'm glad Julio relinquished though. A win over Castillo would do more for his career than a stupid W over Levander Johnson ever would!
AIR_KENG 02-03-2005, 02:21 AM belts are really starting to become a non-factor in boxing... big-name fights first before championship belts... hbo is taking over the boxing industry... maybe they can create another sanctioning body, the HBO Big Fight Championship Belt... lol...
