Okay assuming this fight takes place, I'm sure that Byrd will fight better and it will be a more competitive fight but is that gonna be enough? What with Wlad's fragile chin and mental state, I would give any other top contendor a chance against Wlad. However Byrd punches like a girl and got his ass whooped by Wlad the first time becasue Byrd's style fits Wlad's style perfectly.

Don't laugh but I really think that Byrd has to go for the KO. He can't win a decsision against Wlad.

His confidence is shot after two crushing and embarrasing defeats to opponents he was supposed to anilahate. He isn't the same fighter he used to be, he fights scared now.

Yes, actually i am. I haven't been up to date on the current boxers. But, i want to get into it. I'm trying to get to 100 posts so i can catch up on all the great fights i missed.

Byrd has balls, mad skillz, and a chin. i think this could be a no win situation for Byrd though, he probably won't knock Wladdy out - but that's what he needs to do, if he gets the decision and avenges his loss, they'll be all these ****ing excuses from the nuthugger about missing water bottles and drugs, and the like, and should Byrd lose this one, he's royally ****ed

if this fights happens again i am convinced wlad will really beat byrd again somebody needs to shut byrds mouth and either wlad or vitali's just the man to do it and i also think that wlad is going to make a statement againt byrd and is going to fight better then he has in years

somehow, if he beats Byrd and then loses the IBF title on his first defense ( which is what will happen if faces a real contender, or someone with power like Samuel Peeeter ), i doubt that's the statement he wants to make

Yeah I agree about that. Unfourtunatly K2 will pick his opponents very carefully. I'd raher see him go out on his shield against Peters or Lakoyavich or Petrovich, but his first couple defenses will be second tier guys.

I agree. Byrd has really screwed himself if he is fighting Wlad

when he beats Byrd and gets the title, he should play off of his new reputation..
anyone fighting WK now is going to either
-try to KO him with power shots all night
-try to wait for him to tire out and then unload on him

WK can utilize those plans against the opponents..
if they come out swingin' then use the second
if they come out waitin' then KO them
