does anyone have any information on bernard hopkins training regime?

That's a good question, I've always been curious about that myself. Last year Maxim or Stuff (one of those non **** T&A mags) had a one page article briefly going over his training routine. Not much useful but they did show pictures of him on a swiss ball doing punches. Doing the punches on the ball worked his balance. After reading that I integrated it in my routine and its a good exercise. Anyone else know his routine or where to find it?
