JPboxer3 on MAXBOXING (http://s24.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0USDAB8KG8P2V0ZNQTAV6JE37S)

This is from the show on MaxBoxing called "The Next Round".This is the Mailbag segment where they answer comments and questions posted in their messageboard. This is the first time out of a dozen tries that my comment got aired and boy did they pick the most embarassing one, lol.

If you look back at the Yanqui Diaz vs Sam Peter threads,I picked Diaz to beat Peter(boy was I wrong).A week before this fight occured, one of the shows hosts Steve Kim(dorky asian guy on the right) said that Yanqui Diaz would be the worse fighter to fight on HBO since Hakkar and I doubted that he even seen Yanqui Diaz fight, and I sent in a comment about it.

BTW,these two Boxing Writers are not the best at picking fights either. One picked Danny Williams to upset Vitali Klitschko and one picked Leija to upset Gatti.I think both picked Sharmba to beat Tszyu,LMAO!

I dont think that's really fair because alot of times they pick guys just for argument sake. Every big fight one guy picks a guy and the other guy has to pick the other and say why they will win.

I am a big fan of the Next Round and think that Doug and Steve both do their homework before they make their picks. Even when they pick wrong, they usually have good reasons. On the other hand Doug occassionally pulls out a gem, such as Brewster KO W. Klitshko or Williams KO Tyson.

But Steve was wrong about Diaz being the worst fighter on HBO since Hakkar (I actually thought he said ever). His wins over Gomez and Bean on Telefutura earned him a spot against a prospect like Peter. It just didn't work out for him.
