As you all know, I am going with Floyd but I know that Zoo will get the most votes and Floyd and Cotto will be close to tied for second.

if you want harris or hatton then just post them... and don't vote on the poll anymore... then we'll sum it up after some time...

Zoo is the best, until someone beats him. It'd be nice to have the option, especially as I think both these guys would beat Gatti and have a chance of beating any of the others.

I think that until someone beats him, KT is the best Jr. Welter. I dont really see Hatton as a threat to KT because he'll be easy to hit for KT and I think the power shots will have Hatton out on his back before the end of 5. I think Mayweather would give Tssyu the biggest test, but I again think KT's power would be a huge factor and would make him the favorite based on that. Still though Mayweather may damn well rise to the occasion and win what would be his biggest fight ever.

After seeing what Tyszu did to Mitchell after a LONG layoff, my money is squarely on Tsyzu. He will beat Mayweather in my opinion if they ever fight, but Tyszu could also just up and get old...who knows?

Mayweather is a very close 2nd to Zoo.

Tszyu and Mayweather are the best right now IMO with Cotto not too far behind. I'd love to see any combination of these three fight each other. Hatton and Harris after these three.

Tszyu is the king until someone dethrones him. Mayweather and Cotto are not too far behind, but they are still 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

The question is not who is the #1. Everyone knows thats Zoo. The question is who is the best. Roger just meant that Zoo deserves to be ranked #1

None of you arent answering the question. The question is who is the best not who should be ranked #1 so for those of you who say that Zoo is the best until someone beats him in bull****. If you think Zoo will beat everyone then thats one thing but dont say he is the best just because the others havent beat him. That defeats the purpose of the question. If you honestly think that Cotto or Floyd will beat him then you should vote for them because if you go by the other point then you can say no one has beaten any of them at 140

Dude how fooking hard is it for you to just accept that other people's opinions are just that their opinions! Oh btw when I said until someone beats Tszyu in the ring he's the best. That's me saying that He Is The Best Lt. Welter. TODAY, UNTIL he gets BEATEN!!!! Or how about "I don't see anyone else that can take him out right now, But of the rest of them Floyd's got the best chance!"

Hell Yeah!!!! Fighting Corley and that bum Bruseles is definately much more of an achievement than keeping the whole Jumior Welter under your fist for last 8 years and beating the **** out of every top fighter for the last 8 years. Oh and by the way the only thing that keeps PBF from fighting Tszyu is hisself. he is a star. He can get any deals
he wants, now its just a matter of walking the walk and fighting the champ.

Zoo is so overated. The division was so weak until now. Name one good fighter that Zoo has beaten besides Zab and Mitchell. Now name one good fighter who Zab and Mitchell have beat. Zoo never moved up to face the tougher guys. This guy is so overated. He did what he was supposed to do by KO Mitchell who has been KO by Stevie Johnston and Lavander Johnston.

Explain to me the difference between KT staying and dominating his division and BHOP staying and dominating his? Why do people these days assume that for a fighter to be great he has to step up in weight? If someone is that their optimum at a certain weight why should they move? KT has never ducked anyone at his weight, so why do you call him overrated? He has beaten everyone put in front of him, why is he overrated? People have ducked KT, why is he overrated?
Hagler fought his whole career at middleweight, does that mean he was overrated?

Kostya is the best in the division, both in terms of accomplishments and on a who beats who basis.

In terms of accomplishments, I don't think that he has accomplished quite as much as Floyd, but he has accomplished much more at 140. Wins over Ruelas, Hurtado, Urkal, Mitchell, Gpnzalez, Leija and Judah make him by far the most accomplished 140 pounder in the world.

On a who beats who basis, I think that KT is a solid favorite over Hatton, Cotto, Gatti or Harris and a slight favorite over Mayweather. What I like about him as a fighter is that, like Floyd, he is good enough to force good fighters to fight his fight. He cuts off the ring extremely well (even that gargantuan ring in which he fought the Mitchell II fight), is a crisp and accurate puncher, has an underated defense and an ability to get a little dirty when he has too.

I think that at this point in time, Kostya looks very tough to beat, but I agree with some of the other posters that age and injuries may catch up to him soon.

I dont give Hopkins credit for staying at his weight. As for Zoo, it is alright to stay at your weight "IF" you have great opponents in your division. If you dont but there is great opponents north of you then theres a problem. This guys resume is suspect if you ask me

Who CARES who YOU give credit to?
Your opinion on fighters is just that your opinion, judged by many on here as a ****ing woefull opinion, still it is yours.
As Davico said why is staying at a weight an issue?
Many greats have.
Some fighters naturally grow and move up to a more natural higher weight as they mature, some do not.
On your mentallity a Heavyweight Champ should starve themselves and move down a weight division to win more titles, WHY?
You may want to consider your opinions more before you express them and embarrass yourself here.
