I tried to resize them, but there resizing as regular pictures not GIF's

to resie a gif is a long and painstaking process if its at all possible

you put the gif in animation shop which if ur lucky divides it into loads of frames.
then ya take all the frames to paint shop pro and resize each one.
then take em back over to animation shop,put em together at the right speed(check first) then bingo..

basically you need an art program and an animation program

paint shop pro and animation shop are what i use..there jasc software products
