I am currently working out 5 days of the week. I take:
Nitrix (nitric oxide supplement)
Cellmass/Creatine - the best around
Whey Protein
N.O.- Explode

these is a very good line up of supplements and I have had significant results using them. I used thermo-gain to bring down my bodyfay %.
