Hi Guys,my Gym Is Like A Half Hour Drive From Me,and When I Get There I Don't Really Fell Like Training,i Have An Emty Basement And A Lot Of Space,i Was Wodnering About What Machines I Need To Put And All The Stuff Around The Gym,posters,lighting,and Stuff Like That.

You need a heavy bag, and if you have a friend around to hold the mitts do that, run alot,make an area where you can spar in, and practice punching drills on the bag

You don't need machines for boxing, just a speed bag, double-ended bag, and heavy bag, somewhere to do sit-ups and jump rope, maybe a few light weights and a full-length mirror. That's it.
