Bank on it. I know the opponent isn't up to par, but Brewster will crush him with an awesome KO. Everyone will proclaim Brewster as the division's savior tomorrow night.

View Full Version : Brewster will turn out a bone-chillingly awesome performance Saturday DiegoFuego 03-31-2006, 01:18 PM Bank on it. I know the opponent isn't up to par, but Brewster will crush him with an awesome KO. Everyone will proclaim Brewster as the division's savior tomorrow night. RAESAAD 03-31-2006, 02:11 PM I like watching Brewster fight.........I hope he does become the HW savior but he better not leave himself as open as he does against Wlad again or some of the other hard hitters he can't take a 12 round beating like ma boy Lacy I don't think. :D DiegoFuego 03-31-2006, 02:12 PM are you kidding? Brewster has the best chin in the division (other than Tua, who is no longer a threat to anybody or anything). Peter's could be better too, but Peter does not have anywhere near the skill level or endurance that Brewster has Endurance 03-31-2006, 02:13 PM Please check my signature. ;) DiegoFuego 03-31-2006, 02:14 PM Brewster looks better every time I see him. He will win this by KO and knock out Klitschko next RAESAAD 03-31-2006, 02:16 PM are you kidding? Brewster has the best chin in the division (other than Tua, who is no longer a threat to anybody or anything). Peter's could be better too, but Peter does not have anywhere near the skill level or endurance that Brewster has You take **** the wrong way too much,I know he has a very solid chin but we are talking HWs and he could be KOed leaving himself open as much as he does..............Its fact jack. The_One77 03-31-2006, 03:37 PM Brewster almost lost in his last fight, the guy has no defense whatsoever...Big Heart but he seriously ain't the heavyweight saviour lol RwK 03-31-2006, 03:39 PM LOL. "Personal Reasons". Brewster is going to get up close and personal with the canvas against the winner of Wlad v.s. Byrd. Bank on that. beez721 03-31-2006, 03:43 PM are you kidding? Brewster has the best chin in the division (other than Tua, who is no longer a threat to anybody or anything). Peter's could be better too, but Peter does not have anywhere near the skill level or endurance that Brewster has brewster has tremendous heart and a good chin but its hardly granite. he was dropped twice by wlad and a lot of refs would have stopped that fight and he was nearly stopped by light hitting kali meehan. peter definitely has the better chin,,he proved that in his fight with wlad beez721 03-31-2006, 03:48 PM Brewster looks better every time I see him. He will win this by KO and knock out Klitschko next I like brewster but hes beaten no one besides wlad. golota was 12 lbs over weight and came in bone dry plus hes 38 yrs old and a mental midget as it is and has never won a big fight. krasniqui and meehan are journeymen fighters who have been knocked out by nobodies and have beaten no one,,plus brewster got a gift decision against meehan in my opinion. if brewster can beat a good heavyweight I'll jump on his bandwagon....but beating guys like the above mentioned and lyachovich proves nothing stopka 03-31-2006, 04:07 PM Brewster is my favorite heavyweight fighter. The only thing is that Brewster is beatable by any boxer with a decent chin. If Brewster jumps on Lyakhovich I think he can score a 1st round KO, but if Lyakhvich's chin holds up, I think he will take Brewster to the later rounds, but still Brewster wins by TKO 10. Although I said the same thing that Brewster would do the same to Meehan. And Meehan almost stopped him and got robbed of a decision. DiegoFuego 04-02-2006, 05:16 AM what the **** went wrong JDizzle79 04-02-2006, 05:29 AM he got BEAT by a beater fighter who has a CHIN...now explain yourself and your nut-hugging of brewster again! Endurance 04-02-2006, 05:29 AM For some stupid reason Lamon Brewster does not live up to his potential. The rematch, I hope it happens, will be great. "Relentless" will be back. :boxing: JDizzle79 04-02-2006, 05:34 AM no he won't...progression fellas...Brewster will always be a fight behind in this heavyweight mess...sorry, he sucks Endurance 04-02-2006, 05:38 AM no he won't...progression fellas...Brewster will always be a fight behind in this heavyweight mess...sorry, he sucks Lamon Brewster is the most talented heavyweight since Lennox Lewis. DiegoFuego 04-02-2006, 05:40 AM Lamon Brewster is the most talented heavyweight since Lennox Lewis. WHAT!?!?!?!?! Endurance 04-02-2006, 05:46 AM WHAT!?!?!?!?! He is, he only's got to get it on. JDizzle79 04-02-2006, 05:55 AM he just lost... I can't believe this...what is this, Stockholm syndrome...he' can't hold a candle to anyone now...no rematches, no nothing, HE LOST...HE's LAME supaduck 04-02-2006, 06:16 AM ****. Why did Lennox Lewis have to retire? JDizzle79 04-02-2006, 06:19 AM ****. Why did Lennox Lewis have to retire? ****...the only smart thing I've read in this thread...Brewster on the same level as LEWIS?!?!?! WTF?! That is the most ignorant thing I've heard this whole month Pno 04-02-2006, 12:29 PM Great thread Diego.. seriously though, there was no way Brewster's heart or skill could bring him a win last night. Sergei's determination, hand speed, and body slug-fest were too much for Lamon. RwK 04-02-2006, 12:31 PM Lamon Brewster is the most talented heavyweight since Lennox Lewis. I could understand you making these statements as jokes. If you're serious we have a big problem. beez721 04-02-2006, 01:18 PM Bank on it. HAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....great call mr clueless beez721 04-02-2006, 01:21 PM Lamon Brewster is the most talented heavyweight since Lennox Lewis. rolfmao....call of the year,,LOL DiegoFuego 04-02-2006, 01:22 PM Dude, every one of you needs to shut the **** up. The ONLY person I know who picked Liakhovich was Cold. Don't act like any of you picked him to win because that's bull****. I went back and got this thread to prove I can take it when I'm wrong, but EVERY person who responded to this was wrong too. RwK 04-02-2006, 01:24 PM Dude, every one of you needs to shut the **** up. I went back and got this thread to prove I can take it when I'm wrong, but EVERY person who responded to this was wrong too. I never picked the fight genius. In fact....I claimed Liakahovic had a shot at making things interesting. Nowhere did I pick Lamon or Sergei, and I claimed it was 50/50. I'll find the thread to back that up as well. Yepp it was only Cold thats why entire team Russia team is collecting their bets right now. DiegoFuego 04-02-2006, 01:25 PM I never picked the fight genius. In fact....I claimed Liakahovic had a shot at making things interesting. My first response to this thread was directed at cold's previous thread history. Nowhere did I pick Lamon or Sergei, and I claimed it was 50/50. I'll find the thread to back that up as well. not picking a winner is just as bad as picking the wrong guy. how can you NOT pick a winner in a championship fight? pathetic RwK 04-02-2006, 01:26 PM not picking a winner is just as bad as picking the wrong guy. how can you NOT pick a winner in a championship fight? pathetic Because both guys are sup par heavyweights compared to the top 5 guys, and they made for an exciting fight. I was glad to have watched it, FOTY material. Means little as far as the future of the division, and was merely a changing of hands among belt holders. DiegoFuego 04-02-2006, 01:27 PM But you have to pick a winner. Weak. RwK 04-02-2006, 01:28 PM But you have to pick a winner. Weak. Do you realize what thread you're arguing with me in? You were dead wrong, and you aren't good at picking fights. End of story. DiegoFuego 04-02-2006, 01:51 PM Do you realize what thread you're arguing with me in? You were dead wrong, and you aren't good at picking fights. End of story. Why am I not good at picking fights? I'm not doing well this year, but I nailed pretty much every big fight from 03-05. I went on a huge stretch from 03 to late 04 until Morales lost to Barrera. I had Pacquiao beating Barrera, Tarver KOing Roy, Judah TKOing Spinks, Corrales TKOing Castillo. I mean I called the round in 3 of those 4. I've missed 5 fights in 06, and you missed all 5 of them too. enadeus 04-02-2006, 01:53 PM Fight picking isn't easy for the most part, if you were really that good you'd be sitting on big $$ from sports betting. Not sure why you guys are arguing. DiegoFuego 04-02-2006, 01:55 PM I don't fancy myself a good sports better by any means. I definitely wouldn't bet on boxing where the underdog wins every other fight. Who wants to bet on a sport where every other week there's an upset? I make my money playing poker online actually, and I'm fine with that. opethdrums 04-02-2006, 01:57 PM boy were you wrong :D beez721 04-02-2006, 03:52 PM Dude, every one of you needs to shut the **** up. I thought brewster would catch sergie but only gave brewster the slight edge. hes one dimensional and has struggled with journeymen guys and been beaten by pretenders |
