ur suppose to pick the trainer and do the opposite. like if u choose the power trainer do the combo dummy and u wont lose any points on ur power, uknow what im saying.

The trainers you use make you able to earn more points when you actually train, they do nothing to your in-the-ring performance.

i use them for the opposite training. so if i do speed i use power trainer. dont lose power. kind of gay though you should only lose stats when you get in mid to late 30's and on.

its kind of realistic this was, if you gain power you some times lose some speed

its a good way to show that if you focus on one thing 2 much your other stats might be affected. but i know what you mean every fighter i have faught has had better stats
