It's a complete food. Lumpia = another pinoy food where vegestables mainly mongo shoots are placed inside a rice paper and then fried. It is usually eaten with sauce. Bakla = ******. A girl usually tells you that you are a bakla if you did not kiss her or hug her. She is saying that she likes you but you are not making any move.
