HEAVYWEIGHT WILLIAMS TAKES ON ADENILSON RODRIGUES IN TAMPA
Sherman Williams - the "Caribbean Tank" - has a draw with Jameel McCline and victories over Cisse Salif, Al Cole, and Samson Po'uha, but he hasn't really won an important fight in a while. On Friday night he'll go up against Brazil's Adenilson Rodrigues, who sports an 18-3 record but seems to have gone away quietly when faced with even the slightest step up in competition. He's been stopped inside of two rounds on three occasions, and doesn't likely have enough to overcome the experience edge of Williams, who, according to the event press release, has dropped 15 pounds over his last three fights.
Williams is laying 10/1 (-1000) on The Charles Jay Line, while the takeback with Rodrgiues is (8/1) +800.
