I think that every boxer who gets k.o'd is expected to go the hospital though

yeah, even watching the delayed broadcast of the fight at 3:30AM, i saw no problems with the stoppage..

yes, boxers are required to go to the hospital after a KO loss and are not allowed to fight for at least 3 months. i believe that is correct.
