i don't have fn3 and i didn't play fn2 that much, but when i had fight night 2004 i created a heavyweight and breezed through the early ranks, so then i put it on hard and got to the top 10 where the harder fights were. but, i was able to knock muhammad ali, james toney, frazier, liston, etc out pretty easily(james toney and ali were a bit harder then the others). then i got to chris byrd who was the champ on the game. at this time i didn't even know who the hell chris byrd was and was like i'm about to knock this clown out. round 1 and 2 were going pretty smooth with both of us parrying, him running and jabbing, me letting off 3 punch combos when he was open. then we got to the third round and i got him in trouble and knocked him down. little did i know that would be the last time. it seemd after that, he turned up the hard meter. everytime i got close to knocking him out, he would sit there parrying and get out of danger and get me in trouble. the fight was very close and went 15 rounds(a first and last on that game) and i honestly did not know who won the fight. it turned out that i won one more round than him or something. it was a classic. after that, all the name champs retired and i fought and beat some contenders and then retired.

in 2004 on hard in career mode i have to say either my draw with ray robinson as Gatti or my come from behind victory against Shane Mosley when i knocked him down and out in the 11th round also as Gatti
then in fn round 2 it would be my later career fight as floyd mayweather on hard when i came back from behind scoring knock downs in the 11th and 12th rounds to eek out a decision

I've never struggled on either of the fight nights, I seriously think i'm strangely talented at the games.

Easily Shane Mosley in Fight Night 2004.

He was next to impossible to beat in career mode the third time. You can easily beat him once....get the welterweight title...defend it one time with more difficulty.

Third time is a monster.

I've never had a problem with fn2
it seems very easy to me on hard

but fnr3 on hard, is harder than what the other games were, I guess the one punch stun or KO makes a big difference

not only that, the cpu at times is great

at welter, I loss only 1 fight to SRL, in the fight I knocked him down 2 times in the mid rounds, he ko me in the 11th, one round before the end of the fight

my hardest fight was SRL again, this time we both had 1 loss
he was something like 29-1 with 25kos, now in fnr3, thats alot of kos for the cpu to have
I was like 27-1 with 24kos

this time I was fighting smart, but his speed was blinding, he was super fast, and at times landing 4-6 punch combos
as I lost 2 rounds back to back
I started covering up very good and going to his body, I started winning rounds again and he started to slow down, I knocked him down 3 times, twice in one round and the final i think in the 10th or 11th and he was out after the fight, I was only up by 2 points on 2 of the cards and even one on the other, so had it not been for the kds, I might have had a sd or maybe a draw

Yeah, I've got to go with the punch out game too. Although, I thought Tyson was hard, if my memory serves me right, Super Macho Man was even harder-I think he came right before Tyson. That was years ago but that was a fun game
