and i listen to rap when i workout but i think any music that gets you zoned out wil do the job not jsut rap

eminem lose yourself is quite a motivational tune, i aint much of an eminem fan but i think thats good...
also thing anythin by 2pac is motivational, i like listenin 2 hendrix 2...
