I didn't look but I think I have an idea what you are talking about. Did a guy pull a gun out of a paper bag, and put it in is mouth and shoot himself? Because if that's what happened it is 100% real. The dudes name was Bud Dweyer, he was a newscaster who was being charged with stealing from the station. A public meeting was held to discuss him being fired, and he went psycho and shot himself and everyone was watching, it was also live on television.
