I know theres only some much to say and talk about when it comes to training, but when i come on here it seems to be like thee exact same things i read even weeks earlier.

Maybe we should start up a training thread where we post our workout for the day so we can discuss and compare with others. :D

not a bad idea, i broke my knuckle last week so lately all i've been doing is shadowboxing and alot of jogging and sprints, it's really boring not being able to get a full bpxing workout.

that sux man. U should work on ur other arm, while the other one is getting better.

that the same question gets back upp again and again is the reason why myself and many other older members doesnet post here a lot like we used too.

back in the days this lounge was alive.

i guess we just got tired from the "new need help" threads every other day.

There should be a sticky for the "newbies" that way every other post isnt about "am i too old?" or some other dumb ****.

i injured my thumb not so long ago,
i havent been able to lift weights or anything, coulnt even shadowbox due to the pressure!
sure does suck man!
