What time did you get up?

Did you stretch before you run?
No, never. (interestingly Fenech was the only boxer who didn't)

How far did you run?
5-7 kilometers

What did you do after you run?
Sit-ups in sets of 20 until i reached 200, then i did 15 minutes on the stairmaster. I then had a shower and went to bed.

What did you eat for breakfast?
Porridge and fruit

What did you after breakfast?
Relax, and i always watched Days of our lives (lol)

What time did you go to gym?

What time did you leave the gym?

What did you do after training?
Rested my body, then had dinner at 5:30pm

What did you have for dinner?
Steamed vegies and chicken

What did you do after dinner?
Watched TV, went for a walk, and i liked to read

What time did you go to bed?

What was your favourite exercise?
I loved to box and spar in the gym

How many days a week did you train?

Did you have a job before you won the world title?

Shadow boxing: 4 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

Focus pads: 6 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

Sparring: in the weeks leading up to a fight, Jeff would cut down on the focus pads and add more sparring, building up the number of rounds: 3-12 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

Floor to ceiling: 9 minutes (30 second break)

Skipping: 12 minutes

Floor exercises:
- 5 X 20 push ups (30 second break)
- 15 X 20 situps (30 second break)
(Jeff allways did 500 situps over the day)
