So I think i've peaked in my jogging?? My cardio has enhanced but my legs get weak...
Example
I jogged 1.5miles on incline, my breathing was good but my legs felt tense, calves felt like they were bulging and my thighs were burning..
this is the second time in a row i've peaked at this distance... Since it's my legs that are saying quit, should i go back to weight training on them??
Will the weight training help in the overall conditioning and stamina in my legs??
Or shoudl i try flat running?? The reason i don't wanna do this is because i want the run as difficult as possible, and i'm affraid i'll just plateau on that as well??

jump rope, and train them. Plus, work through the pain when your run.

Amatuer Boxing is fought at jogging pace!
Its like a burst=sprint more than a jogging pace
So do sprints...
PM Me if you want my sprint programme

Your legs will never get used to running up a hill. That's the idea. Anyway, keep the hill work to 3 - 5 minute repeats just like they were rounds. Run up steady and jog back down easy in order to recover. Don't do hill work more than once a week. Alternate it with speed work and long distance with easy jogging every other day. Of course, boxers aren't runners. Just read where Calzaghe runs 6 miles a day 6 days a week. Others do it different.

how long have u been running uphill, maybe u need to lower ur pace, and let ur legs build up.
Dont weight train ur legs, u dont need more weight if ur trying to get more out of ur legs.

When i first started I kept a high running pace for as long as possssible then walked until i gathered myself and continued to run./. Etc..
This time. I started at a semi-fast pace for about 3mins, then cutback to a jog a pace I kept for the rest of the run which was about 30mins with 2x2min walks...
I've been doing the whole running thing since like mid january. about twice every seven days
