im looking for some new music to listen to while i run in the AM i do an hour to 75 min cardio run in the mouring. the music i normally like to listen when im not running is county, but for some reason when i lift or work out i like rap. i like the heaver more upbeat rap, so if you guys wouldn't mind giveing me a list of some good songs/singers that would be awsome so i could down load them from itunes and put them on my player.

i don't listen to country only hip hop so i can't really recommend any good country songs. but for running, i think a fast tempo paced song would help you out. chamillionaire- southern takeover and bone thugz ft 2pac - thug luv are some good songs.

If you like to listen to rap when you work out, I always liked listening to "Hit em' Up" or "When We Ride" both by 2pac. The first line of When We Ride starts out with, "My adversaries crumble when we rumble it's a catastrophe!" Both of these songs are great for working out and stuff.

Also "Still DRE" by Dr. Dre is a pretty good workout song.
