My lunch serves all fatty, nasty food, and I have gotten used to not eating at school at all. I just got interested in boxing and I am tryng to lose weight before I start. Or should I start and use the training to lose weight? But anyways what can I bring to school to munch on? Carrots, or an orange? I would bring boiled eggs but with my backpack it would probably be a mess. Any suggestions? :boxing:

The best was me and my friends ('02-'03 senior year) would duck out at lunchtime and hit up Tastee Sub Shop. Filled us up right :cool:
Bring a vegetable, a fruit, and a lunch meat sandwich. School food is still school food eh.

I bet they serve some healthy stuff if you looked at it, although some of it is probably crap. Good nutritional bars are probably best, if you can afford it. Maybe some fruit like an apple or banana to fill up.

Truth. Bring one to school and eat it with water or sports drink.
