Floor to ceiling:[/B] 5 minutes (30 second break)

Speedball 5 minutes (30 second break)

Skipping: 20 minutes[/B]

This might sound dumb, but what's Floor to ceiling?

Also, is the 20 minutes of skipping continuous?

Please reply, even if the questions sound stupid, I need a good workout.

Actually in his last interview he said he is going to go back to 154 but his first fight back will be at 160.

9am to 11:30 am? I thought that fighters trained quite a bit longer than that on the regular. Great post, though, appreciate it.

Seems lik a short workout but if it's intense, it can fatigue you pretty easily. Fernando also has had some back prob and when he gets fully into the swing of things it'll probably be more intense

Most boxers only work out 2-3 hours a day, despite claiming to work out 8+ hours a day. Seems that for publicity, athletes will say almost anything.

I know what book this comes from, and I own it, but I doubt how accurate the information really is. Though, the work out at the end of the book is a great one.

Floor to ceiling = Double end bag. It is called that in some countries.
