I think he's talking about the extremely boring Winky style. All it is is hold your hands next to your head and throw out jabs and straights only :rolleyes:

cover defence can be used in a few situations, but u should be trying to change position and move, so u dont get stuck in a corner where ur opponent can do damage. Cover defence is keeping chin down, hands high, and arms tucked into ribs, and remember to move with the punches.
if ur opponent throws body punches, ur arms should catch it.

Isn't this the peek a boo style?

If you using this remeber to keep your eyes open, to counter them as soon as you see the opening.
