Hi guys,
Im tall, at 6ft1 but I like to fight peek-a-boo tyson style. Movement seems to be easy with the hands on the chin, slightly leaning forward and ducking/weaving under shots. Is this a bad idea if your tall? I still move in circles and use the jab.

I'm right at 6' and the most trouble I have when I crouch and weave is my back and speed. I'm about moving in circles and establishing the jab, but I think stamina will play a part in how much ducking/weaving you do, especially at our heights.

What weight are you at? You ain't tall if you are a heavyweight and you could pull off the peek a boo style in that division. If you are in a lower division and are fighting guys shorter than yourself then there isn't really any point in using the peek a boo style.

I wouldn't really call Tyson a peek-a-boo style. He was a pressure fighter who would also open up. You might take a look at Floyd Patterson. He was more of a peek-a-boo type.

Precisely, and that's why the Jab is my best friend
