Yeah, the DVD thing is worse for you Yanks as you can only watch European Region 2 DVDs if you have a multi-region DVD player and also a TV that can convert European TV signals.

I used to work for an online company that sells DVDs. We used to get so many DVD orders placed by Yanks who dont realise Region 2 DVDs wont work with US DVD players or TVs. We would then get emails to say we had either sent them a faulty DVD and we had better fix the mess or they will get their credit card company to impose a charge back. LOL. Classic.
