Damn hes powerful . When I've seen the clip previously, I only saw about 1 punch or two and it was a bad quality vid. Great clip!
Anyone know how to download it?

The first scene is not a 300lb bag by the way, other than that Marciano's power was ****ing impressive.

i got it on dvd. he would bang the bag then duck under it, he could crouch so low that nobody could punch that far down. his power was awesome.

i would love to see mike tyson on the 3000 pound bag to compare .

yeah, cause the bag can't hit back so tyson wouldn't be scared of it. :D

Rooney said he had Tyson working with a 250 pound bag just before he turned pro, but he hurt his hand on it, so they moved him back to 150. Marciano was one of a kind, for a man weighing 180 he was superhuman.

I would luv to lay into a bag that heavy.. that would be the shit.. these 100lb bags just don't cut it, I can keep the bag at a 60degree angle when throwing flurries, no fun.. 300 looks like a blast :)

what?
its not necessary?
he used to keep himself tone and because any other bag would go flying around if he hit it, the reason he needed to weigh so much is so he could hit it more then once without it going flying around

I read Joe Lewis (the famous Karate man / Kickboxer ) saying that working with a bag more than 150 pounds is not nessesary, even for power developement. I'm not a boxer (I'm a fan And an athlete, Track, basketball). I know that my hardest punches on ANY bag are when the bag ****ing fly's afterwards, and I have to wait for it to come back when I hit it again which is frustrating. MIND you, if I was to miss an opponent in a street fight one day, I would epand a lot of energy missing with that kind of punch. Maybe there is some science to smaller bags then, like conserving energy as you throw snappy punches. What's best, I'd really appreciatte an answer to this question.
100 pounds bag, or 200 plus pound bag that you can punch in to oblivion becuase it's not moving too far away (or hitting back ofcourse..)
