I don't know if this is a dumb question, but how heavy are they? I know there are different sizes. How heavy would a small fighter use. People always tell me the gloves are a bit heavy.

They have more padding to reduce risk of injury and if you can punch well with heavy gloves you can do it better with lighter gloves. He was talking about if Tito's power was gonna suffer becasue of the move to 10oz. gloves. Yes it is important to spar and hit the bag with heavier gloves. I hit the bag with 12oz.
