is it a new camera? downloading from a digital camera is usually pretty easy. i'd be happy to walk you through it ;)

first of all does your computer have a SD card slot?

i dunno...it has three empty isb ports that I got it plugged into

sorry, i meant does your camera have a small slot that you can open and inside is a blue little card about one inch x one inch

digital video recorders usually records the video to the tape, but digital vodeos and pictures for your computer go onto a card that is generally removable.

ok now see if your computer has a little slot that it might fir into. if not, you will probably have to buy a card reader that will plug into one of your usb ports.

then you need to buy a sd card reader. they are cheap. you can even get one at walmart. you plug it into one of your usbs and you can download it by clicking on my computer, clicking on the drive associated with that usb, open the files on the card, and move them to your pictures file, usually located in your documents folder.

i can help you when you get one.


lets try one more thing. put the card back into your camera and plus it back into the usb.

next time make sure it is set to memory before taking the picture ;)
