I had fun training there....but ultimately the style is too focused on stand up striking....not enough on grappling. I am now training my groundwork. I did let the Bas Rutten camp know before I left, that I thought Bas did not really win against Kevin Randleman...some weren't too happy about that. But no dispespect to the Bas Rutten fighting system.

Are you a professional mma fighter? I think Russian sambo is the best system, I might go for 2 weeks to train this summer to Russia.

Submission Grappling + Striking + Wrestling = The most effective form of crosstraining.
The Best:
Submission Grappling---Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the best. It's been proven time and time again.
Striking: Muay Thai, but a strong emphasis on Western Boxing can be just as good or better.
Wrestling: Any and all kinds, freestyle, greco-roman, catch-wrestling etc......
Streetfighting: All of these arts will make you lethal, add some Krav Maga for other street applicable techniques and, if crosstrained, you will be as well versed as anyone on the planet in the Art of Fighting.
Note I didn't say you will be the best fighter. You will have the knowledge, but that doesn't mean **** if you can't apply it.
