I once saw Butterbean on TV where he claimed to be the world champ of the superheavyweight division - a division that doesn't exist.

Then I found out he took an old Larry Holmes the distance. What's the guy all about? And who or what is "Fan Man"?

Butterbean was a complete joke. The "title" of his was made up by his promoter. He originated as a participnt in Tough Guy fights and becuase he was fat and bald, some marketing genious indeed made a fortune off him. He was a zero talent. Holmes did fight him. Holmes 50 years old or something and fat. Still out boxed Buttercrap.

Fan Man is a guy who dropped into the ring by way of parachute in the middle of the Holyfield-Bowe rematch. Once landed in the ring ropes, he was pummeled by cell phones,etc. I think he is dead of a heart attack now.
