Anyone see this magazine? I wasn't impressed, I thought it looked a bit cheap, but I didn't expect it to bomb after only two issues.

J ! 01-21-2005, 05:25 AM Actually two of my friends wrote for that, basically the guy who was running it had no ****ing clue, they had some good wrtiers on board, Ian Mcneilly & James Mcdonnell especially its a shame the guy who headed it up had the business sense of a retarded lemming. Drug Fiend 01-21-2005, 06:37 AM i got this totally original name for a boxing magazine. Uppercut :D :D :D retard being the understatement of the year !! I was surprised to see a new boxing magazine - didn't think the market was there - but the quality of the writing never came into it for me. I just didn't like the design, as shallow as that sounds, so never gave it a go. Thought it looked like a fanzine. |
