In your honest opinion, what do you think is Nas's second best album (under Illmatic)? I've heard everything from him except God's Son and I gotta say that in my opinion I think I Am... is the second best? Also, anyone think Nas will ever reach Illmatic potential again?

I think "it was written" is one those sleeper classics.

It Was Written was his next best effort for me...followed by Stillmatic.

Nas is a little *****. He was scared and didnt accept Jay-z's challenge for a 2 million dollar live rap battle ..the winner would be king of NY!! I lost respect for him there

Nastradamus was perhaps Nas' worst album next to Streets Disciple in my opinion.

It Was Written was his second best in my opinion. I think I jam that album more than any other Nas album.

I would be one of those people. It's not bad but it's not as good as most say in my opinion.

Nas had Jay-Z stutterin' his words on the radio after Ether dropped. Nas > Jay-Z, **** it, "Warrior's Song" > Jay-Z, and before someone starts hatin' I AM a Jay-Z fan.

nas seems to polarise opinion on which album is his better effort more than any other

you agree??

its cos he has such a high standard IMO and there are subtle differences to the feel of eachwhich determine how you feeldepending on what youlike
