We have tok see this fight again. It would be amazing to see if Tito has what it takes now to dethrone Hopkins. Its really porbabaly a bigger money fight than Tarver/Hopkins so he should want to do it.

I don't think we have to see this one again. The first one was incredibly lopsided, I don't think it would be much different the second time around. Maybe if Trinidad made a fight out of the first one - but he was pretty much manhandled.

Tito looked great last night. I want to see him vs DLH, then Hopkins.
He needs at least 1 more fight before he takes on Bernard.

Oh well, whatever. Bring some reasons why instead of showing hatred for Trinidad.

**** Tito destroys Mayo and ppl still say that he is not ready for Nard...Nard is almost retired and if this fight doesn't happens soon we will never see it. Don't come with that bull**** that he needs another fight before taking Nard...That the same ppl said of Mayo's fight. Who are the two biggest names in middleweigh right now??? Tito and B-Hop. Let's make this fight happen...The only reason for Tito to comeback from retirement is to make a rematch with B-Hop.

I'd like to see Hopkins V Trinidad II, but i think the result would be the same or points for X, he's just too clever for Tito

Nothing would change. If Trinidad is staying at 160 then I do see him going after Nard. He shouldn't.

hopkins retiring soon isnt because of his age or skills its because he has nothing left to proove and he promisd his moms h wont box after 40

tito beating up mayo is great and all but he still wont beat up on hopkins liek that
i say he wins 4 rounds this time

I want to see him take on nard just as bad as you do I just think he needs to finish **** with DLH first then Bernard. Bernard is a much more dangerous opponent. I think he needs 1 more fight first.

Good point about DLH he does have unfinished business with him, and I'd give him a damn good shot at beating DLH at 160, far too much power and DLH has slowed over the last couple of years.
Tito can erase the bad memory from DLH I by KOing him in his next fight then once again get beat by X and retire again!!
No shame in losing to Bernard twice, then all 3 can retire as Hall of Famers

What!? Are you serious? Who was doing the play by play?

That fight was awesome huh! Dude, Tito is back! I thought he looked great and you have to hand it to Mayo for being such a warrior.

Hopkins can knock Tito down at will with one of his crushing rights. People let's not be foolish. Hopkins would beat Tito and make him retire again..

Trinidad will more than likely be beat by Hopkins again but I don't think Hopkins can knock Tito down at will. Hopkins has very good power but it took him 11 rounds and half the 12th to knock Tito down. I also don't think Hopkins can pull another master performance the way he did in 2001. Trinidad will do better the second time around but he still will lose.

Nothing will change. Tito will never be able to beat Hopkins no matter what weight or how old Hopkins is.

I agree with whoever said that Tito should go for DLH before Hop. Hop will beat him up like before but will take more punishment in return.

I'd love to see another Trinidad-Hopkins fight, definitely. I like Tito but I don't think he can beat B Hop, the man is simply much clever and stronger than him. This win over a tough warrior like Mayorga is statement enough that he's back. But it's not a good gauge in his chances against a rematch with The Executioner. Going into the first fight, Tito had an impressive win streak over David Reid, Mamadou Thiam, Fernando Vargas and William Joppy. Well, we all know what happened - the Trinidad train was derailed. He could come in much smarter though, learned from his past mistakes and adjust his battle plan...upsets does happens!

At the moment, I'd like to see him fight Oscar de la Hoya again. Win convincingly this time with an impressive KO!

I agree, Tito- Oscar and Tito- BHop should be. And so must De la Hoya-Mayorga, De la Hoya- Winky, Mayorga-Mosley and Mayorga-Winky be! Regardless of the result one predicts for all or any of those matches, they'll all be must-sees!

Taylor takes B.Hop and Tito even easier. Hopkins would destroy Tito in a rematch. Did you even see the first fight? How does that justify a rematch? Taylor is the next great middleweight champ.

No way in hell Taylor beats B-Hop. He Just does not have the tools. Tito vs. Hopkins is not gonna be much differnet from the first fight. I saw the old tito last saturday with the same gameplan and even though it worked with somebody like Mayorga It will fail against Hopkins. In order to beat hopkins you gotta outsmart him and so far i did not see tito outsmart anybody just outpunch them. Cant take away any credit for beating Mayorga though. He proved to be one tough SOB

i could not agree with you more. trinidad was lookin absolutely smokin and was more than impressed with his performance.

however, i think he should take on dlh first and make sure he's ready for this. personally, i think it would be a no contest situation against dlh, but he's gotta have one more worthy fight before hopkins.

hopkins has such a reach, i think that was one of the main advantages he had over dlh. but damn, trinidad looked so damn good out there, makes ya wonder what he's been doin for the last 2 1/2 years, eh?

i don't think trinidad needs hopkins right now, he's 31 years old and hopkins although 39 years old is still stronger than him, he should forget fighting hopkins! i don't think there would be any difference when it comes to the outcome (still hopkins win by a late ko). he should fight winky wright or dela hoya or even felix sturm. but not hopkins. well, it's up to his promoters on who would they choose for their fighter, word is spreading that he wants hopkins next, we will see if he would pull some magic this time!

Hopkins has nothing to prove in fighting Tito whom he thoroughly beat. but a Hopkins-Tarver fight would not be Hopkins' 20th title defense which Bernard wants to attain. Hopkins-Sturm would clinch Bernard his goal of 20 successful title defenses.

Trinidad Will Give Hopkins A Better Fight This Time Round.... I Dont Think That Hopkins Will Fight Tito For At Least Another 6-9 Months.... His Age -will- Definately Catch Up With Him Soon

So........ If Tito Beats Him, Questions Eill Be Asked About Wether He Was Past It, We Need To See This Fight Sooner Rather Than Later, Other Wise It Will Not Be Fairly Judged

It looks like Sturm might get a shot before Tito since he's the mandatory, HBO says possibly in January. Good technical fight right there, most will hate it, though. Tito might have to find another fight before Hopkins.
