If anyone saw the Sky sports telecast of the fight, at the end he was interviewed by what seemed to be Mario Lopez(from Saved by the Bell), and he asked Manny if he'd ever like to fight Juan Manuel Marquez again, and Manny replied, if he goes to 130lbs, sure. :boxing:

I don't think Marquez is going to move up to 130lbs.
He's more interested in collecting his 14 dollar paydays at featherweight.

i saw this too bro, AC SLATER LOL/mario lopez asked him who he wants to fight, pacman said barrera, then he asked pacman if he wants marquez and pacman replied he will fight JMM if he moves up to 130lbs, do you think JMM will move up in weight??

if he does and wants to fight pacman, he can have no complaints about the money he will recieve for this fight, manny pacquiao is the main draw for this fight if it comes off after what he did to morales.

hopefully we will get JMM moving up to 130lbs, hes just wasting himself at 126lbs

I have no doubt that Pacquiao is willinbg to fight Marquez,
infact his team has made all efforts to make this fight much much earllier, only to be screwed by team JMM. Question is, has Marquez grown enough balls to fight the man again?

And besides it's not a logical fight for Pacquaio at this point. Pacquiao has just improved his marketibilty and his market value with that win against Eric. What would he earn then by fighting a guy who got stripped of his titles because promoters doesn't even want to pay him 50 gran. :D

But if a miracle happens and this fight goes through, I'll be very glad to see Pacman put an exclamation point against the 3Ms.

He is getting old he is like 34 or something, he is slower than he use to be, and going up to 130 will only make him slower and more sluggish.

Wow, I completely forgot he's around 32-33 right now. It's amazing how time flies. Although Marquez hasn't been in wars as his fellow countrymen, I'm not sure he'll ever opt to go back into one after not nearly coming out alive. Manny gave him hell as a 1 punch fighter that was impatient and just wanted to go home early. Marquez knows, as well as Manny, that it won't be the same Manny, and Marquez won't be able to handle him this time. I also agree that Marquez won't go up in weight to fight a man he doesn't want to(haha), though Manny shouldn't have to go to any of Marquez's demands. He's not the draw or attraction, and he's gone nowhere at this point in his career. It's that old saying, you shouldn't let an opportunity slip through your hands you just may never get it again, well, Marquez did, and he's done. He's boxing's, "WHAT IF" fighter.

Why won't Pacman drop down?

Damn brother, do you expect Pacquiao to starve himself and punish his body to make 126 lbs and fight the guy who's been stripped of his belts and titles because of a failed purse bid? :D What has Pacquaio have to earn in doing that?

We all know that JMM escaped with a draw because of a techical error in scoring. Don't you think he has already proven he is the best by beating MAB and Morales convincingly? :p

can you say the same thing with morales during the first fight??? pac went to 130... if morales thought he was the best during that, the fight should have been made at 126... don't yu think?

actually he can make weight, does not have to strve him self ala morales... one more thing, if manny can impose his power at 130, he'll do much more at 126...

remember he weghed 128.5 at the scales and 140 on fight night... he can do that to JMM and be the bigger, stronger and faster fighter still... :D
