He was parking his Merc outside my house :D Needless to say, I acted like a 13 year old girl at a Justin Timberlake concert but he was super cool. onikami 01-15-2005, 08:30 AM De la Hoya and Zoo. Two legends of our modern sport. Truth 01-15-2005, 08:47 AM Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather and Roy Jones Fareastwarrior 01-15-2005, 09:17 AM I don't know much about the history of Boxing legends, so I am someone from the recent generation. My favouriteble fighters to meet are: Oscar de la Hoya Klitschko brothers Lennox Lewis Fernando Vargas Felix Trinidad George Foreman Johnny_Rocket 01-15-2005, 11:37 AM Tyson, Jones, or Gatti Kornhusker 01-15-2005, 11:42 AM Bruce Strauss, I'd take him drinking. ophqui 01-15-2005, 11:43 AM Foreman or Ali, i think they'd be more intersting people than some of the more recent (personalityless) boxers marvdave 01-15-2005, 12:32 PM Hagler Holmes Mancini JaNnO 01-15-2005, 12:50 PM ali duran srl tyson hearns pac mab erik xaviant 01-15-2005, 12:52 PM the dark destroyer nigel benn! jack_the_rippuh 01-15-2005, 12:52 PM I wouldn't really care to meet any of them. Of course if I saw them, I would be like hey what's up and probably ask for an autograph, but that would get pretty boring after a while. If you ask who I would like to have a training session with then we'd be talking.. Tha Greatest 01-15-2005, 01:13 PM I wouldn't really care to meet any of them. Of course if I saw them, I would be like hey what's up and probably ask for an autograph, but that would get pretty boring after a while. If you ask who I would like to have a training session with then we'd be talking.. I have met not really anyone special but Ivan Calderon, Floyd Mayweather Sr, Jim Lampley,Willie Jorrin, and after the 3rd battle of Morales-Barrera, i saw Diego Corrales, i was like CORRALES, then he said i'll back but tha mgm grand guards kicked everybody out(****IN *******S!) and i met former wbc superbantamweight champ Willie Jorrin at at my gym, not really anyone special. OK PPL WHO WOULD U HAVE A TRAINING SESSION WITH? Toller 01-15-2005, 01:13 PM Yeah I'll agree with that jack. That said, there are a few legends I'd like the chance to meet in the flesh: Ali, Foreman, Tyson leff 01-15-2005, 01:22 PM I would love to go for a steak with big George. VK would be interresing to, i actualy dreamt that i meet him, he dident say much but he gave me the best applepie ive ever had. bonafuwa 01-15-2005, 10:01 PM Weird, but Lennox Lewis. He might come off as a little bland on screen, but he seems like the type of boxer you could actually have a conversation with. Also, Trinidad (but I don't speak spanish, so I don't know how that will go) and Shane Mosley. No gangstarious boxers for me thank you (James Toney, Floyd Mayweather, Zab Judah etc). Powerpunch4u 01-17-2005, 12:08 AM I would want to meet Oscar de la Hoya but I already did last year and I got his autograph on a pair of boxing gloves and I got it on video. I'm a banker and I really admire Oscar's business moves. He is also a great example to follow if you are a poor kid like he was. |
