Hey everyone. I'm new here and I don't really know anything about training. I don't have a really amazing build or anything 5'6" 160lbs and i just turned 16. I'm into finess so I know a little about hard work and I just wanted to get into boxing. I just had a fight because one of my friends brought some gloves to a party and I ended up boxing 4, 1min. rounds. (I know, *******..right? ) well I was pretty nervous at first, but then I started getting myself together and landing some good shots. Now, I really want to start training, improving my endurance, speed, agility, and strength. Anyone have any tips to give to a beginner? Thanks :)

Join a gym, and learn the ****in basics before gettin it on with yo punk friends. Give it time, and then your ready to get into the ring. Good luck! :boxing:

Thanks for the 'gym' suggestion. Anyone know what are good interval cardio workouts to build endurance? Yeah, I really need to find a gym...:(
