What do you think? You guys know Im a huge Mayweather fan but this is flat out dumb. Alot of fans and media hate Floyd and think hes overrated but they were going to give him props for the Zab fight, however you still get the feeling that it wouldve been a few who question it as a good win.

Now you fast foward and Zab loses. Now to me this is a stupid fight for Floyd and a no win situation. Zab is a very dangerous fighter that if he brings his A game, could very well beat Floyd and if Floyd loses then everyone would rip him for losing to a guy who just lost to a average guy.

Then if Floyd wins, they will say "so what", Zab just lost to a average old guy.

The people who hate him will hate him even more now win or lose. I just feel that this is a no win situation for him. He should fight either Margarito, Hatton, or someone else but not Zab. The fight is dumb and dangerous. Also you can see Floyd thinking this is a very easy fight now and underestimating Zab and getting KO

Pretty much a lose-lose situation for floyd.But i disgree with DLT,when you say,floyd would come in thinking its an easy fight,I give floyd more credit than that,because the LAST thing floyd would want to do is lose to the guy who lost to Baldomir.

Agreed. Margarito is far better and more more worthy an opponent for Floyd than ZAB is.

He will lose a lot of credibility for fighting someone who lost to a complete noob. At this point in his career, he should be running against the elites.

I completely agree about Margarito. I have said for years that I think this guy is overrated and that Floyd would kill him and most disagreed with me and thought dude was a beast and that Floyd was too small, because Ive been saying it for years.

Floyd needs to fight Zab and Margarito and either Spinks or Mosely at 147 then if he plans to move up to 154 he needs to fight Ouma, DLH, Mayorga, and Forrest. There are plenty of good fights for him. Im tired of watching him fight fighters like Gatti, Mitchell and Bruselles come on..I think he is by far the most talented boxer out there today but he needs to fight the top guys out there.

Mexicans sell themselves. That fight would be packed and should get decent buys. I mean, even Arum said that he would make more fighting Margarito then anyone (although you really cant believe a word Arum says)

Zab Judah is just as bad as fighting Sharmba Mitchell. I think at least Mitchell was coming off a no contest or something before he fought Mayweather whereas Judah LOST to CARLOS BALDOMIR.

For PBFs Career: The only fight for Floyd to make is Margarito (the most dangerous fighter out their at the weight).

For PBFs Pocket: Zab (a talented fighter) from Brooklyn trying to avenge a devasting defeat against argueably the best fighter in the world. If promoted properly (and its easy to do) it will do HUGE numbers and make for a nice paycheck.
