my hand is healed
2 months off i gained 15 pounds

i ran 3 miles and biked 5 today at the gym
ima be working in 2 different gyms this time around
i believe i have a fight feb 18th and im getting ready
for the gloves after that

this is my final year and i will make my
decision to go for the olympics or straight pro

i feel bad for beause i just got my amateur licence so after i destroy a few amateurs i will go pro and no one will be safe

Good luck with your career man. It's a tough racket so be cautious about the intentions of the guys bringing you up. It's all about money for some of the guys in this sport; your well being is not their biggest priority. If they match you up with someone really experienced early on, find someone else to manage you. It only takes a few beatings to end most fighter's careers, and it only takes one particulary bad one to end a life.

Find people you can trust and even then be aware of what's happening and who they're putting you in with.

You already know most of this stuff, but it's good to hear it over and over I think.
