I've been using a cheap single mouthguard and had no issues. Well I've been reading alot of good things about the BrainPad double guards, so I bought one. Followed the instructions, and started using it.

I hate it. I drool like a out-of-town business man at a nudie bar. Everytime I breath out, I'm covering my sparring partner with spit. I'm hoping I can get used to this, because it is a good mouthguard.

i hated the double mouth gaurd too, i used mine in sparring for about a month then went back to my single one and felt alot more comfortable

i suppose some can get on with them and others cant
