at 147 Norris beats him...to big and fast. Chavez was not a welter. His prime was between 130-135 pounds. Chavez was a better "all-time" fighter, but who cares about his 147 career. Norris was at 154...I don't even think he ever fought 147? I could be wrong on that....Jose?...little help

If it was at 140 can still be considered near prime in the early stages he was in that division.

However at 147 he would have been too heavy for his own good and i would pick norris.

130 - early 140.

Chavez was a fighter who truely dominated 3 divisions :-D

Norris never fought at 147. He was a jr middleweight his entire career.

Chavez had a few fights at 147, but when he was on the downside. Whittiker and DLH 2 were at 147

WE R TALKING FANTASY RIGHT. LETS SAY THEY DID IT LIKE NOW A DAYS.
SO WE CAN SAY PRIME OSCAR ISNT AT THE PRIME OF HIS CAREER AT 160 WHEN HE FOUGHT HOP. HE GOT WHOOPED, BUT HOP. HAS NO FLAWS LIKE NORRIS DID. I THINK NORRIS STARTED AT 150,NOT SURE. I THINK IN THIS ERA THEY WOULD OF FOUGHT. R MAYBE IT WAS TO MUCH OF A DIFF?
