i was wondering how u know if u have ruptured a blood vessel on ur arms and around ur body and is it hard for sum1 to rupture sum1 elses blood vessel on their arms with gloved punches?

it will look like a regular bruise but a deep color and yes it can happen with gloved punches, but that person would have to hitting pretty damn hard

Apparently Marciano ruptured many people blood vessals through continuous hard punches to peoples arms. They soon were barely able to keep their guard up and found it more painful to get hit in the arms than in the face!

It takes a hard punch but it is possible.

does any1 know how long after u get hit u can see the purpler spot on ur arm? is it an immediate thing or does it take a couple hours for it to turn purple/black?

If it happens during a match you can see it quickly whilst you are still in the match. But it looks worst a few hours after the match.

nazfan, they mustve been very severs coz i read that when you get a purple/black bruice, dats a bursted blood vessel, dats why u get a black eye, coz a vessel just bursted. i think i mightve got one b4 wen i had a boxing body shots match with my bro
